THE STATE OF YOUR HEALTH IS AT YOUR FEET
Just a press, one will know which parts of body are unwell. It is at your feet. You can find out if you need to strengthen your immune system, how is your sinus, have problems in digestion or too much sugar intake.
Reflexology is also known as reflex zone therapy and uses specific points on the soles of the feet or palms of the hands to influence certain organs, to treat disorders and used to promote health.
The Rwo Shur method was developed by Swiss Catholic Priest Josef Eugster while on a mission in Taiwan. In 1977, he was suffering from severe rheumatoid arthritis in his knees. Medicine was of no help. A colleague advice him to learn reflexology and suggested that internal organs, especially the kidneys and adrenal glands, both of which can be addressed by reflexology done on the feet.
Reflexology involves pressing reflex zones on the feet or sometimes the hands, to induce relaxation, ease pain and increase circulation throughout the body.
Josef did not know the method to use the feet for his knee injury so he started studying a book about reflexology, Good Health for the Future, by Swiss nurse Hedi Masafret.
With this reflexology method, pain in any point of the foot means a concentration of toxins in a specific area of the body.
When he first practices reflexology on his feet, he could barely stand the pain, but he keeps on doing it. Within two weeks, to his amazement, the arthritis disappeared, never to return.
According to Chinese philosophy and practice, all of the body’s organs are neurologically represented at specific points throughout your hands and feet. Reflexology aims to stimulate those points, increasing normal body function and flow – Chi.
Each point corresponds to a particular body part. For instance, the tip of the big toe is connected to the nasal cavity – frontal sinuses; the middle of the sole is connected to the kidneys; while the lower area of the sole is connected to the genital glands.
When feeling pain on one-pressure point or in a certain reflex zone, it only means that that corresponding area contains crystal concentration of toxic microorganism: deposits of lactic acids or uric acid or obstructions that need to be cleared. There is an available chart on reflexology clinics so one can identify which part of the body need attention.
The Rwo Shur method of reflexology helps the body heal itself by improving the blood circulation. It can also relieve headaches, alleviate sinuses, prevent occurrence of common illness and relax your whole system. One must drink a glass of water at the end of the therapy session to flush out the toxins. Despite the pain, one will feel relaxed and rejuvenated after the session.
Reflexology session for children is a special therapy treatment that helps in relieving common disorders like allergies, sleep disturbances, digestive problems and even emotional and behavioral discomfort.

Great article, I can trace several issues like lower back pain, shoulder aches and headaches back to problems with my feet..voted
Thanks Carol and Francin.
I once had a reflexologist work on my feet and It hurt so badly I had to have her stop her treatment. She might have had a very heavy hand or not skilled in its delivery. I do reflexology on myself without any pain and lots of good results. thank you for this helpful and healthful articles. So well offered by you!
This Row Shur and reflexology system of healing seems to be a magical treatment. Works like a accupressure type of healing.
I am not ticklish but I really dont like people touching my feet.... however this is sure better than taking pills.
